In the heart of Versailles, you are within walking distance of the main artery leading to its famous Palace, its magnificent gardens and close to the train stations leading to Paris. Completely refurbished, this apartment offers exceptional comfort and a true haven of peace within this lively city rich in heritage. The space Refurbished apartment a stone's throw from the main artery of the city that can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby; located on the 1st floor (no elevator/PRM access impossible) of the building. -> A unique location in the heart of a growing pedestrian street with many shops. -> 450 m from Palace of Versailles and its gardens. -> 450 m from the two stations: Gare Rive Gauche / Gare Chantiers for direct access to Paris (in less than 15 minutes). -> 900 m from the legendary Place du Marché with its many restaurants and shops. -> 1 km from the Pièce d'Eau des Suisses and Saint-Louis Cathedral. You can get EVERYWHERE on foot. Some information about the layout of the apartment: - Fully equipped kitchen (open to the living room): oven, range hood, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle… - Living room with a sofa bed with real mattress and slatted bed base (up to 2 adults). - Master bedroom (double bed) with a dresser available as well as a folding baby crib (up to 3 years). - A bathroom with a shower, a single sink, a heated towel rail and a washing machine. - A toilet. Everything is included: Netflix, linens sheets/towels (beds made on arrival), household products, shower gels and shampoos, cleaning at the end of the stay and assistance throughout the stay when needed. Street parking is available. -> Paid during the day and free after 7:00 p.m. and on Sundays. Otherwise, two paid public parking lots are at your immediate disposal: Sceau parking lot (free for 1 hour and from 7:00 pm) and Place d'Armes parking lot (free from 7:00 pm).
