This apartment is a real cozy cocoon, for a relaxing stay. It is air-conditioned, tastefully renovated in an industrial style, while retaining its original character. Located in the heart of Collioure, it offers views of the sea, the Port, Fort St Elme and the surrounding vineyards. The market, sea, train station, small supermarket and bakery are a 3-minute walk away. The apartment is located on a small pedestrian street, quiet and decorated with Bougainvillea and orange trees. The space The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a small kitchen with essentials (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, fridge, washing machine), a living room with 2 sofas, bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet and a dining area with table and chairs. High speed internet (fiber) /Free WIFI/ Desk for remote work We provide bed sheets, towels and bath mats. Cleaning must be done by guests. Security deposit required: €50 The large adjoining terrace is equipped with a table and chairs, and 2 sunbaths, to enjoy pleasant breakfasts, aperitifs, readings and rest. The view is panoramic. You will have maximum sunshine and you can admire beautiful sunsets. Guest access There are paid parking spaces near the apartment: The closest is the Parking du Glacis, and ideal for a 2-3 night stay. For a longer stay, it is better to go to the Station Parking Lot, or as a second choice to the Stadium Parking Lot. You can arrange a subscription with us for a week (€50 per week or €80 for a fortnight). Access to the apartment is by digicode. Apartment with a great location. Everything is within walking distance without taking the car. Other things to note This place is great for a couple, a single person, or a family of 4. We provide bed sheets, towels and bath mats. We provide the basic equipment and supplies to start your stay: salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, coffee capsules, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid... Cleaning must be done by guests. A "cleaning/damage" deposit of €100 is required separately.
