BASED 'Lively' - Deluxe Queen Studio with Balcony

BASED is a three-storey red-bricked structure built entirely from the ground up, situated in the heart of Mersing – a quaint seaside town nestled on the east coast of the State of Johor, right at the southern tip of Peninsular Malaysia. It is the gateway* to the many splendid outlying islands most notably, Tioman Island – being voted in the top 25 most beautiful islands in the world. It encompasses with magnificent views of the South China Sea! *BASED is 350m from the Mersing Jetty. The space BASED ‘Lively’ – a studio-styled accommodation, accessible by elevator and measures 600 sqft with airy layout. Lofty ceiling was specifically designed in mind featuring spacious sleeping and sitting areas. The interior is complimented with large picture-windows and folding doors opened into a private balcony with views of the town’s main street below. This studio welcomes party of four to six guests as it is furnished with two queen-size beds and a large modular sofa which is ideal for relaxation and favourably as ‘extra bed’. Mattresses and bed linens are of fine quality that suitably provided for the comfort of the guests. Expansive bathroom is fitted with an inviting vanity counter, a shower area and offered a wide range of bathroom essentials. There is a sizeable pantry equipped with kettle and fridge, and chilled complimentary beverages are also served for guests enjoyment, upon check-in. Guest access Upon availability, guests are welcomed to enjoy the facilities at the Owner’s Club, housed on the top floor of the Property (Level 3). It has indoor and outdoor seatings set in a relaxed and social environment. The air-conditioned section has a pleasant and homey ambience. It is furnished with a large island-table, cosy sofa and a massage chair specially arranged by the corner windows for the privacy of the guests while having a soothing and pampering body treatments. Chilled and hot beverages are offered too. On the opposite side, there is casual open-air terrace with loungers AND has beautiful distance views of the sea and horizon AND is a perfect spot for sighting sunrise as well as star gazing, when weather permits.
