THE KITCHEN AREA: We understand that food is an essential part of every trip, so we have provided 2 well equipped kitchens that is always ready if you wish to cook up a storm. There is a fridge, microwave, stove top, oven, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery, and a dining tabletop in the kitchen area perfect for any eating needs. THE BATHROOMS: There are 2.5 communal bathrooms for you, our guests to use. It comes fully equipped with a shower, essential amenities, basin, drawer, mirror-cabinet, ventilation and a toilet. THE LAUNDRY ROOM: Have you spilt some coffee on your shirt? Or got clothes that need cleaning? Don’t worry! Our laundry room has a large basin, iron, ironing board, cleaning essentials and a washing machine for all your basic cleaning needs. There is also a clothesline rack in the back yard for you to dry your clothes. GREAT FOR STUDENTS: This house is great for students looking to study at Glenfield Tafe. -Located right next to Glenfield Tafe, within 13-minute walking distance or a 3-minute drive. Smoking allowed outside the property with proper disposal. • Guests are required to provide access to their room in order for repairs to be done. Guests will be given as much advance warning as possible when repairs are scheduled. Without the host’s direct written confirmation of check-in/out times; your reservation will follow normal check-in/out times. - Our normal check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. - Additional fees may incur to secure early check-in/ late check-out. - Alternatively, you may book an additional day ahead of your arrival to guarantee early check-in.
