The space The Villa offers everything a guest could ask for in a vacation stay: exclusivity, romance, relaxation and privacy. With modern styling and recently built architecture (July 2024), the villa is on one level, providing guests with convenient access to fully air-conditioned accommodations with a shared private pool in the garden (open from March to November), a barbecue, fitness equipment, free Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. The (free) parking space on the property is a must that is highly appreciated by guests. The apartment, thanks to a large open space with double sofa beds, offers plenty of light. Smart TV, kitchen equipped with everything you need for meals, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, bidet, and washbasin. The large garden with a view of the pool is a pleasant extension of the apartment and allows you to enjoy your time on the comfortable sun loungers directly by the pool, which is also equipped with an outdoor shower. The bike paths are an invitation to use the bicycles provided to guests for free. Admiring the immense free sandy beaches and diving into a sea that offers breathtaking sunsets is all within reach. The apartment has an independent entrance, a private veranda, a fully equipped kitchen, a solarium with sun loungers and towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a free parking space. Access to the pool (open from March to November) is shared with any guests in the Basilico apartment. Pets are welcome, which is not a given in this seaside area.
