Private room & bathroom in large house - Zone 14

*Room can have double bed*This is a big house in a quiet & peaceful, gated condominium and is very close to Los Proceres, Shopping mall Arkadia & Pricesmart It's very clean and bright and includes cleaning once a week. My in-laws are the owners and live in the house. They speak Spanish and understand a little English, are very friendly and helpful and will keep to themselves or interact, depending on your requests. A great place for a language exchange, a city trip or long term accomodation. The space The room configuration can be changed to host two single beds or a double bed. Please make sure to mention this in a request on booking. There is wifi available in the house including the bedroom. The owners are my in-laws and will meet you at the property, however, I live close by and can always be available to help with anything. Spanish is spoken in this house with a basic understanding of German and English. No pets live on the property. Cleaning of the room will be provided once per week for long term bookings. Guest access You will have private access to your bedroom and ensuite upstairs. The lower part of the house will be shared with the owners including kitchen, laundry, lounge, dining and outdoor patio. You will have full use of shared facilities including washing machine and dryer. During your stay Sonia and Alfredo will be at the house if you have any questions or concerns, however, they will also give you your space. The amount of interaction you have with them is up to you.
