Beautiful and charming villa with swimming pool nestled in nature, among the hills of Erice. The space Immersed in a rural atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation, the villa spreads over two levels: from the covered and furnished veranda with a dining area and relaxation area, guests will enter the living room, marked by high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, large windows, sofas and a dining table. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for preparing delicious meals. The sleeping area is developed on the ground floor with a bedroom with queen-size bed and en suite bathroom with shower, and upstairs with two bedrooms with queen-size bed and en suite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds. An additional bathroom with shower and a laundry room complete the layout. The highlight of the villa is the outdoor spaces, primarily the large swimming pool, surrounded by sun terrace, a covered lounge, and the patio surrounding the house. At guests' disposal amenities such as wi-fi connection, crib and high chair, barbecue, air conditioning, and heat pump heating. Guest access Our guests will have access to all the amenities of the accommodation.
