Eden - In the Heart of Nature

"EDEN", a charming house immersed in the heart of Umbria. Located near the picturesque medieval village of Compignano, it offers a unique experience of peace and relaxation. Guests can enjoy a spectacular view of the countryside, with an outdoor swimming pool that stands out; common only to the owners, surrounded by a large green space that invites you to pleasant walks immersed in nature. There is also the possibility of exploring Umbrian villages, such as Assisi, Perugia, Todi, Spello, Spoleto and Lake Trasimeno. The space The house has a private entrance, overlooking the fully fenced garden for exclusive use, and is spread over two floors. On the first floor, we see the living area with a large kitchen with an oven and washing machine, equipped with everything you need, and a delightful living room with a smart TV. The entire accommodation has wifi. Upstairs is the sleeping area with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds; finally, the bathroom with bidet and shower. The outdoor area has a fabulous swimming pool with sun loungers, tables, chairs, gazebos and parasols that are shared with the owners. Guest access The garden is for the exclusive use of guests, the pool (seasonal) and the greenery around it are shared only with the owners.
