Following your booking: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our flats up to your expectations, all our bookings are guaranteed through a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification ensures us a guarantee in case of incident in the flat, it does not lead to any debit or blocking on your credit card. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent and your reservation will not be refunded. Guest access 🏠 The whole property is at your disposal You have access to the entire property, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Other things to note Online check-in must be completed by 9.30 pm, and you MUST provide proof of identity and a selfie. If you do not check in online, you must present your ID in person at our office. Self-check-in is available from 5.00 pm once you have completed the online check-in. To ensure a peaceful stay and maintain the quality of our accommodation, we reserve the right to request a deposit in the form of a bank authorisation (without any charge or hold on your card).
