The house is arranged on two levels (therefore not suitable for people with mobility difficulties) and embellished with a magnificent roof terrace, from which you can enjoy a comfortable outdoor space in complete relaxation. The apartment consists of: - first floor: living area with kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook, with dishwasher, electric oven and espresso machine, table + chairs, sofa bed, TV; - second floor: bedroom with double bed and bathroom (sheets, towels and camping bed available upon request); - third floor, on the roof: large terrace with umbrella, 2 deckchairs, coffee table with chairs. The rooms are regularly cleaned and sanitized at the beginning and end of each stay. Located a short walk from the bus stop, staying in our apartment you can easily reach the center of L'Aquila and the Gran Sasso d'Italia cable car. Thanks to its central location and very close to 2 charging stations for electric cars, you can base yourself in Via di Sotto 9 to visit the enchanting territory of L'Aquila and its surroundings. All the main services such as Post Office, pharmacy, bar, small grocery store, public gardens with basketball court and children's playground are within walking distance.
