Welcome to Le Balcon du Pigeonnier, our 300 m² cottage, ideal for families or groups of friends. Located in the heart of a peaceful agricultural area, it offers a serene and green setting with 1.8 hectares of land. Guests can enjoy a large 13x5 meter swimming pool consisting of a 5x3 meter submerged beach perfect for relaxing while sitting. The cottage also has a tennis court, a ping pong table and a foosball table, enough to spend pleasant moments on site. The space The property can accommodate up to 19 people, spread over three independent accommodations, ideal for group stays while preserving the privacy of each. It has a total of 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 kitchens and many living spaces. The main house sleeps up to 9 people with 4 bedrooms, a mezzanine in the living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and spacious and bright spaces. The second house can accommodate 8 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 sofa beds in the living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet. The 40 m² apartment is ideal for 2 people, with a bedroom, living room, independent kitchen and bathroom with toilet. Linens provided except towels. The pool is in operation from April to September. Parties and fireworks are prohibited in order to respect the neighborhood.
