This room features a new memory foam , beige, upholstered bed. There is new modern white furniture that accentuates the room (with hints of black). The view from the Bedroom shows the front and side of the house. This is a new constuction property and everything is updated and modern. The room comes with a personal TV that Cable and Internet access, a private bathroom, and closet. This Luxurious Estate has a Gourmet Kitchen, Fancy Dining Area with Hand Made Hexagon Table and a large family room with a Big Flat Screen TV. This house is spacious and has an open floor plan. There is also an Indoor Indian (Swing) that is a Joy to sit in. This Home is almost 5000 sqft and features 5 Bedrooms and 5.5 Baths. The Guests can access the kitchen, living room, dining room, loft and use of the laundry. Every Room has a nice Personal TV with many channels along with a Very big TV in the family room that you can use. Im mostly out of the home most of the time but am accessible by phone. However we do find chance to meet our guest as much as we can! Tasajara Hills is a new community in Dublin. The house it self is about a month old. There will be a Retreat, or a clubhouse being built soon in the community. Dublin is a growing city with lots of nice parks and clean water. There will also be a park being built with 2 miles of the home in the future. The cleaning charge is for guests to receive a clean room upon arrival. Also bedding will be all washed and cleaned, but throughout the stay guests will be washing as they need. The common area will be cleaned every two weeks and if guests need extra cleaning they can use their own supplies. One set of clean towels will be given and washed as guests need. Cell phone service is not very well in the hills. (Verizon & T-Mobile are the best) Single occupancy; any additional guest will have to be approved. The charge will be $35 per person per night. Pets are not allowed. Toilet paper and paper towels will not be provided for any stays longer than 5 days.
