LIVING ROOMS & DINING AREAS Living rooms are present in both units. Both have a TV, Wi-Fi, and sound system; Living Room 1 has AC, and 2 has an air cooler. Both living rooms come with a dining area. KITCHENS Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN The entire property is surrounded by a striking lawn. This area is ideal for picnics, workout sessions and fun outdoor games. A basketball hoop is present for the sports enthusiasts. POOL AND SITTING AREA There is a beautiful private outdoor pool. The pool is 20ft x13ft with a depth of 6ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. A sitting area with shade is present near the pool to take a break from the laps. TERRACE-CUM-BALCONY A terrace-cum-balcony is present beside the rooms on the first floor. It is adorned with comfortable seating that overlooks the pool and lawn. Guest access Please note, this is a 5bhk villa that is divided by 2 units, guests will have access to only 3 rooms and 1 unit. Guests have access to the villa kitchens for reheating purposes only. During your stay The host is not present at the property but are always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is available at the property, and will resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
