The space The room has one queen bed, ceiling fan, AC, cable TV, table with chairs, and an attached bathroom with hot water shower. Bedding and bath towels are included. Room accommodate 2 people max. Please note the refrigerator, microwave, and other kitchen items available to this room are in the outside shared cooking space in the courtyard on the first floor. See below for more details. Guest access There is an outdoor shared area with seating and an outside cooking area with cookware, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave and sink. An outdoor shower is also available to wash off when returning from the beach. On-site parking is available. The property is gated and has security cameras. During your stay The property has self check-in and check-out with keypads on electric gate and each unit. We have a local house caretaker available. My family has unit onsite on the side which we use periodically.
