This unit is cute, cozy, and upgraded it has everything you need for a weekend get away in the beautiful community of Bluewater Bay. You are 10-15 mins from Destin without all the traffic and hustle. If you stay within the community there are many amenities in Bluewater within 5 minutes. Relax, open a glass of wine and sit out on your baloney with amazing water views and landscapes. The space You have access to the entire unit including, kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, bathroom with large tub/shower, private balcony, and king size bed. There is also the Bluewater Marina within walking distance to the condo with a convenient store, restaurant, bar, and a boat launch/parking. Feel free to bring your boat and contact the Bluewater Marina (850) 897- 2821 for boat accommodations. No worries with having to climb 3 flights of stairs with luggage. A elevator is onsite unlike other places to stay nearby. Guest access There will be a lockbox with a key attached by the front door. Other things to note If you forget anything there is a convenient store within walking distance at the Bluewater Marina. We do provide travel size shampoo/conditioner, a bar of soap, washing machine pods, dishwasher pods, a blow dryer, coffee, and sugar. Minimum age to book is 25 and pets are not allowed.
