Welcome to your own private hideaway in Braås. This cozy basement apartment sits nestled into a gentle slope, giving you a calm, secluded feeling with your own entrance. Inside you’ll find a bright, comfortable space with a kitchen, washing machine, sofa, TV, and a quiet bedroom. A warm, grounding place where you can come and go freely and enjoy complete independence during your stay. The space Inside the apartment you’ll find a spacious hallway with plenty of room for luggage, as well as the outdoor furniture neatly stored. There’s a dining table for four and a kitchen with enough space for everyone to cook together. The living room has a comfortable sofa facing the TV with Chromecast for easy streaming, plus a sofa bed that can be turned into an extra bed. Blackout curtains make the whole room perfect for cozy evenings. The bedroom features a 180 cm bed and a wardrobe, and the large bathroom comes with a shower and washing machine. Outside, there’s a seating area, and you’ll find the outdoor furniture in the hallway. There’s a lawn to play on and space to park your car. A short walk takes you to the lake, where a large jetty is perfect for swimming. Guest access You have the entire apartment to yourselves, along with a small gravel patio. Parking is available right outside the door, and you’re welcome to use the lawn surrounding the house, just keep in mind it’s shared with the other residents. Other things to note Pets are welcome, but they’re not allowed on the beds or the sofas.
