The space The Flat was lovingly decorated for your comfort and convenience. It has a double bed (+1 extra mattress upon request), air conditioning, cabinets with hangers, study bench with executive chair, TV, American kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, utensils, electric stove and dining table. A beautiful balcony completes the ambience, an ideal space to relax and enjoy a wine in the late afternoon! Guest access The condominium's common areas are available to our guests free of charge! Take the opportunity to relax in the sauna and enjoy the view of the rooftop pool after a long day of work or sightseeing in the capital. If you want to keep fit, the fitness center and heated pool are available on the ground floor and are a great option! A parking space can be made available upon request. We ask that you check availability in advance. There are Hotel services that can be contracted, such as maid, laundry, breakfast and other meals (room service operates 24 hours). For executives, the hotel also offers auditoriums and meeting rooms. These services are charged separately, directly at the reception. Other things to note The space has been prepared with great affection and care to welcome you. As we do not charge extra fees, we ask that you keep the environment clean and organized, as well as use water and energy consciously. Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to so that cleaning routines can be performed. Guests can leave their luggage at the reception and enjoy the hotel's common areas.
