High-end services and guaranteed to be a favorite for our "Et Pop Et Chic" house, right in the historic center! This is the perfect house in Poitiers for a stay with family or friends! The charm of the old combines with modern comforts with taste. Relax in the living room: library, home cinema, board games, darts. Conviviality of large tables or on the terrace around the plancha. Quiet and independent in the 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms! You'll enjoy it! The space Our house is located in the historic center of Poitiers, close to all the tourist places and only 15 minutes from the Futuroscope. It is organized to accommodate 10 people very comfortably, with 8 beds in 5 independent bedrooms. However, at your request, we can add up to 5 beds to accommodate up to 15 people. Under these conditions, it will be necessary to accept to be a little more cramped in some "dormitory" rooms... Conversely, if there are fewer of you, between 2 and 8, you can check out our other listings to book single rooms! It will cost you less. In return, you will have to agree, in a friendly manner, to share the common areas with other guests who, like you, have booked individually! Our house "Et Pop Et Chic" in a few words: You enter a large living space with "Pop" decor. A sitting area with Mah-Jong leather sofas from Roche Bobois. A huge TV with a Home Cinema audio system for your DVD evenings or series on streaming platforms... Board games, comics, books available. A dart board! A dining area with a real bistro bench under a wall of "Pop" frames. 3 extendable tables. Enough to organize sacred feasts for up to 14 guests. A "chic" kitchen over-equipped to prepare dishes in a friendly atmosphere. An inner courtyard converted into an open-air café. Relaxing armchairs, table, chairs, plancha, mood light, green wall... That's it for the common areas, which represent about 70 m2, taking into account the terrace. Then you will find 5 completely independent bedrooms. Each will seduce you with its "chic" decor and upscale amenities. La Joueuse, in black and white on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard, with a double bed of 140 x 200. (1 single bed and/or 1 extra cot on request) La Magnifique, in terra-cota tones, on the 1st floor on the street, with 2 twin beds of 80 x 200 that can be combined into a large bed of 160 x 200. (1 single bed and/or 2 extra baby beds on request) La Céleste, blue and gold, on the 1st floor overlooking the courtyard, with a double bed of 140 x 200. (1 single bed and/or 1 extra baby bed on request) The Gallery, gray and yellow, on the 2nd floor on the street, with 2 twin beds of 80 x 200 that can be put together. It is in this room that we can add other beds to turn it into a dormitory for 4 or 5! Feel free to ask! And finally, La Curiosité, green and gold, on the 2nd floor courtyard side, with 2 twin beds of 80 x 200. (1 single bed and/or 1 extra baby bed on request) In each room you will find: - Quality bedding. - Dressing room. - Desk area with connected TV and DVD player. - Small kitchen, fridge, oven, stove, Nespresso, kettle. - Private bathroom with toilet, sink and large shower. Our house "Et Pop Et Chic" should satisfy you, we hope you have a pleasant stay! Guest access When you rent the entire "Et Pop Et Chic" house, you have access to all the common areas as well as the 5 bedrooms. The house is ideal and very comfortable for a maximum of 10 people. However, if you agree to squeeze in a little, it is quite feasible to sleep 15 people by installing a dormitory in the Gallery room and putting 1 or 2 other beds elsewhere. We will prepare the best formula according to your wishes. Feel free to ask us! For safety, the cellar door is locked because the staircase is too narrow. Other things to note The "Et Pop Et Chic" house is brand new! Completely renovated in 2023-2024 to accommodate travelers, friends and family in a beautiful location. We did a very big part of the work ourselves. 16 months of renovation... an exciting adventure! It's our little gem! We trust that you will take care of it but also help us to progress!
