Upscale amenities and guaranteed to be a favorite: our "Et Pop Et Chic" house, right in the historic center! This is the perfect house in Poitiers for a stay with family or friends! The charm of the old is tastefully combined with modern comforts. Relaxation in the living room: library, large TV, board games, darts. Enjoy convivial moments at the large dining tables or on the terrace around the plancha grill. Peace and privacy in the 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms! You'll enjoy it! The space Our house is located in the historic center of Poitiers, close to all tourist attractions and just 15 minutes from Futuroscope. It is arranged to accommodate 10 people very comfortably, with 8 beds in 5 separate bedrooms. However, at your request, we can add up to 5 beds to accommodate up to 15 people. In this case, you will have to accept being a little more cramped in some "dormitory" bedrooms... Conversely, if there are fewer of you, between 2 and 8, you can check out our other listings to book individual rooms! This will be cheaper for you. In return, you will have to agree, in a friendly atmosphere, to share the common areas with other guests who, like you, will have booked individual rooms! Our "Et Pop Et Chic" house in a few words: You enter a large living space with "Pop" decor. A lounge area with Mah-Jong leather sofas from Roche Bobois. A huge TV with a home theater sound system for your DVD evenings or TV series on streaming platforms... Board games, comics, and books are available. A dartboard! A dining area with a real bistro bench under a wall of "Pop" art frames. 3 extendable tables. Enough to host some great feasts for up to 14 guests. A "chic" kitchen that is fully equipped for preparing meals in a friendly atmosphere. An inner courtyard furnished in a casual outdoor café style. Relaxing armchairs, table and chairs, plancha grill, mood lighting, green wall... That's it for the common areas, which cover about 70 m² including the terrace. Then you will find 5 completely independent bedrooms. Each one will seduce you with its "chic" decor and upscale amenities. La Joueuse, decorated in black and white, on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard, with a double bed measuring 140x200 cm. (1 single bed and/or 1 additional cot on request) La Magnifique, in terracotta tones, on the 2nd floor overlooking the street, with 2 twin beds measuring 80x200 cm that can be joined to form a large bed measuring 160x200 cm. (1 single bed and/or 2 additional cots upon request) La Céleste, blue and gold, on the 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard, with a double bed measuring 140x200 cm. (1 single bed and/or 1 additional cot on request) La Galerie, gray and yellow, on the 2nd floor facing the street, with 2 twin beds measuring 80x200 that can be pushed together. This is the room where we can add other beds to turn it into a dormitory for 4 or 5! Feel free to ask us! And finally, La Curiosité, green and gold, on the 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard, with 2 twin beds 80x200. (1 single bed and/or 1 extra crib on request) In each bedroom, you will find: - Quality bedding - Walk-in closet. - Desk area with a Smart TV and DVD player. - Small kitchen, fridge, oven, cooktop, Nespresso, kettle. - Private bathroom with toilet, sink and large shower. Our house "Et Pop Et Chic, la belle Égérie" should delight you. We hope you have a pleasant stay there! Guest access When you rent the entire "Et Pop Et Chic" house, you have access to all the common areas as well as the 5 bedrooms. The house is ideal and very comfortable for a maximum of 10 people. However, if you agree to squeeze in a little, it is quite feasible to sleep 15 people by installing a dormitory in the Gallery room and putting 1 or 2 other beds elsewhere. We will prepare the best formula according to your wishes. Feel free to ask us! For safety, the cellar door is locked because the staircase is too narrow. Other things to note The "Et Pop Et Chic" house is brand new! Completely renovated in 2023-2024 to accommodate travelers, friends and family in a beautiful location. We did a very big part of the work ourselves. 16 months of renovation... an exciting adventure! It's our little gem! We trust that you will take care of it but also help us to progress!
