#107 In the heart of the affluent Pacific Heights neighborhood, this 2nd floor luxury unit offers panoramic views of the bay from the living and dining room. It's located in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Other things to note The price is including all utilities and once a month housekeeping. We cover PG&E up to $75 a month. If tenant goes over $75 cap, she or he will be responsible for the overage. Note that we charge $250 to $450 for all pet friendly houses. In order to confirm booking we will be charging a $2500 security deposit to cover any unforeseen damages and possible utilities overages during guest stay (as noted in description). Any damages or/and utilities fees will be deducted from the deposit provided, if there is any leftover we will send back the remaining funds in a timely manner. Guest will receive copies of all utilities bills. Please note that showings may need to occur during your stay. We will provide 24 hours notice if this comes up.
