Renovated In July, 2020. Brand new King size bed in master bedroom with 1000 TC sheets and private bath. 2nd bedroom has a NEW queen size Endy Bed. The couch, tv, furniture, towels, sheets, linens, are all new throughout. The washer and dryer and dishwasher are new in 2023. We are on the ground level with private access overlooking the Charlottetown Marina and next door to Founders Hall. We have WIFI and streaming Smart TV. We are situated beside Port Charlottetown and Confederation landing Park, Province House, Founders Food Hall and Market, Victoria Park and the Confederation Trail, Cows Ice Cream, an array of floating restaurants, Lobster on the Wharf, Pure Spa, Receiver Coffee House and all the amenities that Charlottetown has to offer! This is our primary residence in the winter months and we head to our cottage on pei during summer months. This is an active working port with cruise ships and tourist shuttles and carriage rides as well as walking traffic. Confederation landing park and confederation walking and bike trails are located adjacent to the unit as well as seadoo and bike rentals and boat excursions and live outdoor concerts and farmers market all summer
