The house is on the same property where I live and has another suite with a private side entrance that I also rent for the season and use to receive private visitors. The space The land is well wooded and is always pleasant to stay, even in the heat of the day. There is a shared space with a table and chairs that guests can use, for example, to work. The beds are queen size and of good quality. There is a "laundry room" with a sink and a foldable clothesline available. There's a barbecue for the guests. I provide all the basics such as towels, bedding, mineral water, sponge and detergent, etc. Park on the enclosed grounds. Guest access I don't accept children under 12 years old. Other things to note Before you arrive, I'll give you directions on how to get there. This is a quiet neighborhood with residences and small inns. As it is a quiet neighborhood, among other reasons, I do not accept parties or loud music.
