The guest house is located in a private 1 acre property located on a private road, completely fenced in and gated compound. This listing is for the upper level of the guest house only and it measures approximately 1200 sqft including the two patios. The lower level is listed as a separate unit, same square foot and has the same amenities as this unit. As you walk up inside the unit, you will see an open space that combines the living room,dining room and a full size kitchen and they overlook the panoramic views of the mountains. The dining room opens into the balcony. The bedroom has a luxurious queen size bed with a bathroom across the bedroom. Guests have access to the washer/dryer in the lower level and this is shared with the guests in the lower level. Host family lives in the main house but within the acre compound where this guest house is located. - Easy access to major freeways: Hwy 78, I-15, I-5 - Shopping center is less than a mile with Costco, Kohl's and Wallmart to name a few. - Ocean & Coastal cities approx 15-20 minutes - Downtown San Diego approx 20-25 minutes depending on traffic - San Diego Zoo Safari Park 5-8 minutes where you can view and ride among various desert animals from multiple continents. - Multiple wineries (ask for more details). North San Diego county is rich with wine culture. - Westfield shopping mall which is the only indoor shopping center (a large one at that) within San Diego County. - A plethora of hiking trails and lakes to experience the world. - Deer Park Buddhist Monastery is only less than 5 miles away. Transit stops is less than a mile either by the Costco or at the Mission/Nordohl area. Will allow pet for an additional pet fee between $50 to $100 for each pet. Needs approval from the host.
