The house is located on a quiet area 3 km away from Puerto Varas downtown, on a 5000 m2 terrain. Guest access Full access to house amenities. Large parking space. Other things to note It is ideal if you have a (rented) car, though if not, there are taxis & buses passing nearby every 15 minutes (takes 3 min to get downtown). There is Uber service as well.
