The space The apartment is equipped by all comforts: reserved parking space, fully air conditioned, ceiling fan, 2 TVs, hi-fi stereo, DVD player, refrigerator, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave oven, pots, pans and dishes, washing machine, shower cubicle , hairdryer, broom, electric broom, iron and ironing board, clothesline, sunbed/deckchair for the sea, towels, pillows and sheets. Pets are not allowed. Guest access The apartment will be at the complete disposal of guests. No shared spaces. Guests will need to provide valid ID prior to check-in. Other things to note We would be happy if you would collaborate with us in respecting the following house rules: Do not smoke inside the house; Do not eat or drink on beds and sofas; Parties are not allowed; NO to unregistered Guests; No pets in the house; Turn off the lights, air conditioning and any water tap before leaving (respect the planet and the homeowner); Quiet times: 10pm to 7am and B respectful of neighbors by avoiding loud noises; Take care of your keys, any loss involves a cost.
