On the 1st and only floor, the cottage includes an equipped kitchen open to the living room (sofa bed sleeps 2), a triple bedroom, a shower room, and a toilet. On the ground floor, there is a shared laundry area and lounge. Outside, private parking and terrace. Free access, shared, included: common indoor pool (3.70 m x 10.50 m), heated from 04/01 to 09/30, garden (trampoline, ping pong table, petanque), gym.
