The space Materin is a 3-story structure, and the whole house will be at your disposal. On the ground floor, a living room and a kitchen that opens directly to the outdoor patio, overlooking Roccaforte, Mondovì and the Langa. This environment is built in the old family stable, with antique walls and pleasant temperatures even in the height of summer. On the first floor, two rooms with double bed, single bed and a bathroom. On the top floor, two more rooms with double beds and another bathroom. The property has a private fenced forest, and a large garden to relax and run 4-legged friends (who are welcome) without worries. ♨️ A wood-fired hot tub nestled in the woods, for 4 people, will allow you to experience magical moments. Guest access The whole house, garden, woods and property are at your disposal. There won't be anyone else. Other things to note SPRING - SUMMER - AUTUMN: The house is located at the beginning of some paths that go into the Ellero Valley, you won't even have to touch the asphalt. Not far away, the upper Ellero Valley, Val Pesio, Marguareis Park, Mondovì and the Alta Langa UNESCO Heritage await you. WINTER: An 8-minute drive away, the special Rastello chairlift will take you to the ski slopes of the Artesina and Prato Nevoso ski areas, avoiding the crowds, queues and the road to reach the resorts.
