Our amazingly redesigned and renewed (Dec 20') Condo for rental is based in the heart of one of the most complete neighborhoods around town, Vila Olimpia. It is situated in the Radisson complex but it is privately owned and managed. 5 to 10 min walking distance to most places around (JK and Vila Olimpia Malls, Santander, Torre Sao Jose). Not included (meal plans/laundry/ other paid services sold by Radisson or Badebec). Only available for longer stays - 2 months onwards. The space Our property for rental is based in the heart of one of the most complete neighborhoods around town, Vila Olimpia at Radisson Hotels ITC. There is a double bed, a small mini kitchen, TV room with a reclining sofa, dining table, bathroom and plenty of closets. Since it is located at the Radisson Building and you will have access to all the leisure of the Flat complex: pool (cold/heated), gym, sauna. Our unit is located on the 11th floor meaning you are far away from the street noise (the room is double glassed) but with great views of the city! light, light, light. Close to Ibirapuera and Parque do Povo municipal parks where you can go for a stroll our serious work out, it's also 5 to 10 minutes walk to 2 of the newest and well supplied shopping mall complexes: Vila Olimpia and JK Iguatemi. You will be very close to many of the Offices located at buildings such as Santander Bank Tower, JK Tower or Condominio Sao Luis. You will also be 10 to 30 min by taxi near by amazing restaurants (write us if you want tips!) and also 30 to 45 min near Congonhas Airport (the one in town - domestic terminal). The unit has been totally redesigned and renewed to meet the needs of anyone who intends to have a longer stay in São Paulo, either it being for 1-2 months or over a year. Also if you need to connect with Train/Metro, you are 10 minutes walking from the station! Guest access At the Radisson: common areas, such as, swimming pools (cold/ heated), Gym and Sauna. Fradique Coutinho, 1248 - Pinheiros) Other things to note Remember Sao Paulo is a HUGE city and traffic jam is at the order of the day. Whenever you are to get an international flight and need to leave to Guarulhos Airport, please, leave at least 4 hours ahead your flight. If it's a Friday night flight, you might even consider leaving 5 hours ahead. We currently have no direct train to the airport and if you are caught in a huge traffic jam it can take up 2 to 3 hours to reach Guarulhos. The same applies to Congonhas. When there is no traffic jam, it can take even 15 minutes by taxi. But NEVER consider this. Leave at least 2 hours ahead of your flight. If it's a holiday weekend, 3 at least. Taxis do know alternative routes, but even them can be jammed. Rides to Congonhas should be around R$ 50 to Congonhas and not more than R$ 200 to Guarulhos.
