Welcome to this place where adventure and tranquility come together. The space This new small-scale park, which is still partially under construction, is located between the trees next to a forest with many hiking, cycling and mountain bike routes. Around the corner is the beautiful nature reserve De Sallandse Heuvelrug. For some more action, visit Adventure Park Hellendoorn, which is steps away from the park. Our house is brand new and has all the comforts. The living is equipped with a sofa, armchair and smart TV. For the game lover, there are several board, card and dice games in the house. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, combination microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. There are 2 bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a double bed (160x200cm) and bedroom 2 has two beds of 80x200cm each. Our bathroom has a spacious luxury shower, toilet and sink. Around the house is a garden in which you can enjoy the sun. We also have a hot tub in which you can relax. In addition, you can sit at the garden table or relax in the lounge set. There are 2 free parking spaces in front of the house. There is a bicycle rack available at the rear of the house if you want to park your bike or mountain bike. Upon arrival, a welcome package is waiting for you to easily start up. Salt, pepper, hand soap and dish soap are provided in the home. If you come with a baby, there is a high chair and a cot available. However, we would like to ask you to handle this carefully and bring your own bedding. The manual for the cot is provided in the property. We are Rosemarie and Jordi and we are the owners of this nice place. We are delighted to welcome you to Tiny House Hellendoorn, in the middle of nature, where relaxation is central. We do everything we can to make your stay unforgettable and hope you enjoy the surroundings and our forest cottage to the fullest. Guest access You can use the entire accommodation. Other things to note It is not allowed to stay in the house with more than indicated number of people. It is forbidden to smoke in the house. It's forbidden to light fireworks on the property. Pets are not allowed. Our homes are exclusively for recreational purposes only. You may not use our homes other than what they are intended for, i.e. not for celebrating parties & parties, etc., in the broadest sense of the word. The cottage offers space for 2 parking spaces. If you come with more cars, you must park them in the parking lot at the main entrance of the park. The maximum speed that applies at the park is 15 km/h. The home is equipped with Wifi. We respect the biorhythm of the local animal species. That's why we ask you to enjoy the tranquility between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. We kindly ask you to empty the garbage cans, the fridge and the dishwasher before departure. In addition, upon departure, we ask you to deposit the used towels and the used bedding in the bathroom. If you unexpectedly cause damage, we ask you to let us know. You must leave the house tidy, if we do not comply with this, we must charge additional costs. Hot tub The holiday home features a wood-fired hot tub with massage jets. For the first use of this, you will receive more than enough logs from us to heat the water and keep it at temperature. Instructions for use will be sent to you in good time. Please leave the hot tub empty before departure. For this, a special drain is available outside at the level of the large bedroom. You can empty it with the help of the provided garden hose. The water is regularly cleaned and replaced. We do ask that you keep the water as clean as possible and enter the hot tub with sand at the feet. Try to bring slippers.
