Welcome to this place where adventure and tranquility meet. The space This new small-scale park, which is still partially under construction, is located among the trees next to a forest with many hiking, cycling and mountain bike routes. Around the corner is the beautiful nature reserve De Sallandse Heuvelrug. For a little more action, visit Avonturenpark Hellendoorn, which is just steps away from the park. Our house is brand new and equipped with every comfort. The living room is equipped with a sofa, armchair and smart TV. For the game enthusiast, there are various board, card and dice games in the house. In the kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cooktop, combination microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. There are 2 bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a double bed (160x200cm) and bedroom 2 has two beds of 80x200cm each. Our bathroom has a spacious luxury shower, toilet and sink. Around the house is a garden where you can enjoy the sun. We also have a hot tub in which you can relax. In addition, you can sit at the garden table or relax in the lounge set. There are 2 free parking spaces in front of the house. There is a bicycle rack at the rear of the house if you want to park your bicycle or mountain bike. Upon arrival, a welcome package awaits you to get started easily. Salt, pepper, hand soap and detergent are available in the house. If you are coming with a baby, there is a high chair and a crib available. However, we would like to ask you to handle this carefully and you must bring your own bedding. The manual for the crib is available in the house. We are Rosemarie and Jordi and we are the owners of this nice place. We are pleased to welcome you to Tiny House Hellendoorn, surrounded by nature, where relaxation is central. We do everything we can to make your stay unforgettable and hope you enjoy the surroundings and our forest cottage to the fullest. Guest access You can use the entire accommodation. Other things to note It is not allowed to stay in the house with more than the indicated number of people. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. It is forbidden to set off fireworks on the premises. Pets are not allowed. Our homes are intended for recreational purposes only. You may not use our homes for anything other than their intended purpose, i.e. not intended for celebrating parties & parties etc., in the broadest sense of the word. The cottage offers space for 2 parking spaces. If you come with more cars, you must park them in the parking lot at the main entrance of the park. The maximum speed limit in the park is 15 km/h. The home is equipped with WiFi. We respect the biorhythm of the local animal species. That is why we ask you to enjoy the peace and quiet between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. We would like to ask you to empty the trash cans, the refrigerator and the dishwasher before departure. In addition, we ask you to deposit the used towels and bedding in the bathroom upon departure. In the unlikely event that you cause damage, we ask you to inform us of this. You must leave the house tidy, in case of non-compliance we will have to charge extra costs. Hot tub The vacation home is equipped with a wood-fired hot tub with massage jets. For the first use of this, you will receive more than enough logs from us to heat the water and keep it at the right temperature. The instructions for use will be sent to you in good time. Please empty the hot tub before departure. For this purpose, a special drain is provided outside at the level of the large bedroom. It can be drained using the designated garden hose. The water is regularly cleaned and replaced. We do ask that you keep the water as clean as possible and enter the hot tub with sand on your feet. Therefore, make sure you bring slippers.
