Our luxury beachfront home accommodates up to 5 guests and is equipped with two bathrooms and two fully equipped kitchens, one indoor and one outdoor with bbq. The house has two rooms and can comfortably accommodate four people. One room on the ground floor with a Super-double bed and second room on the upper level also with a Super-double bed. It also has one additional sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate an additional 1 child. Bozonos Slow Living offers so much outdoor space that everyone can easily find a quiet corner to sit back, sunbathe, read and dream. Guests also have the option of cooking outdoors.​ Our beach house is an ideal location for activities next to the sea. Washed by clear, turquoise blue waters, the soft white sand is just a few steps away. The small beaches that are scattered in front of the villa are almost never crowded, it has the feel of a fabulous private beach. No shared areas. Other things to note In front of the villa you have three options for swimming, directly in front a small picturesque beach on your doorstep, to the left of the house through a path at 100 meters (a bigger one) and to the right of the house at 300 meters. Ammoudi and Psarou are more of an area with many, almost, private beaches. Mixed beaches, sandy and rocky, in a small bay and protected from the south winds. The waters are warm, shallow and the seabed is sandy and soft. Relaxing with clear crystal waters ideal for stand up paddle boards, snorkeling with a wide variety of fish to see and is very safe for children as it remains shallow quite far into the bay. There are some pebbles on the shore, but the bay is very sandy. Right next to the house and along the beach you will find very nice fish taverns and local restaurants located right on the seafront with access directly to the beach (for luxury restaurants we will give you recommendations). The area of Ammoudi and Psarou are not developed very touristically and this is perhaps the best secret because the area and its residents are still pure. Remains traditional and unspoiled. If you are looking for a huge sandy, crowded beach with Boats and jet skis then definitely Ammoudi and Psarou are not for you. The small market in Ammoudi is accessible in 5 minutes walking. Big-name supermarket chains can also be reached within 15 minutes by car. Amoudi is located 15 km away from Zante Town, (20 min by car) 19 km away from Zante Airport (25 min by car) and 17 Km from Port of Agios Nikolaos Volimes (30 min by car). Α short distance by car to the South you will find the small tourist villages Tragaki, Tsilivi and to the North you will find the beaches of Alykanas, Alykes, Xigia, Makris Gyalos, Pelagaki. There is a bus that goes to and from Zakynthos town and the surrounding villages and beaches 2 times a day, but it's best to have a car to get around. *Note : Beach Access & Conditions The small beach right in front of the villa, as well as the one next door, is sandy with small rocks around. Although not private, it remains open to the public, with the few locals often using their own sunbeds and umbrellas. The condition of the beach may vary due to seasonal changes and weather conditions, which could affect its appearance and accessibility (usually in spring or late autumn). Registration Details 2432066
