To give you more independence, you will collect your keys from the secure key box located at the entrance to your apartment, allowing you to arrive and depart at your leisure. Regarding your arrival: The Lodge is located approximately 700 meters from the dock. We do not offer a shuttle service, but for those without a vehicle or with too much luggage to walk, we have negotiated preferential rates with Dolores Taxi. You can contact them directly to arrange your ride. To make your access easier, we have prepared a detailed visual guide showing you step-by-step directions from the main road to your apartment. Luggage Storage: If you arrive before 2:00 PM (official check-in time) or if your flight/ferry departs after 10:00 AM (check-out time), a secure room (code 2411) is available for storing your luggage. During your stay: Enjoy all the wonders of Bora Bora: snorkeling, lagoon excursions, local cuisine, wellness treatments, and more. Most of our local partners organize round-trip transfers from the Lodge as part of their services. We recommend contacting them in advance to book your activities and confirm transportation arrangements. All useful contact information (restaurants, service providers, etc.) is compiled in a separate list. For any questions regarding your apartment (Wi-Fi, amenities, recycling guidelines, etc.), a detailed welcome guide is available (or in digital format upon request). While we remain available for emergencies only, we kindly ask that you arrange your excursions, reservations, and transfers directly with local professionals—they are experts who will show you the very best of Bora Bora!
