The apartment is the last of a total of 11 floors and is very well located: on the corner of the main street of the CDU (the UFPE Campus is close by, with access to the health area), a few meters from a pharmacy, subways, bakeries, restaurants, gas station (with ATM available), markets, and many others. The area is safe, very busy and well-lit. The space The building has an entrance monitored through virtual surveillance, and the internal environment is sophisticated and quite silent. During your stay I am available to answer any questions about my city or property and, especially, about the location of tourist attractions that are of interest to you. Other things to note I stay at the house during the stay. I occupy one of the 3 bedrooms in the house with my son. 2 of them are available for guests.
