The house is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains at 2900 feet elevation on a 5 acre tract within a small mountain community containing only 8 houses on 70 acres. Privacy abounds and so does wildlife. Our location is less than 10 miles from the Biltmore Estate, entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Black Mountain and Downtown Asheville. The space The home has 2 master bedroom suites, each with king bed, walk-in closet, TV, ceramic walk-in shower, make-up table and double vanities. Each suite has direct access to a deck with outstanding short and long range views as far as 50 miles on a clear day including Mt. Pisgah and Cold Mountain. Enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast on the main covered porch and your evenings watching a magnificent sunset with 180 degree views. There is a gas fire pit to enjoy once the sun goes down and the cool mountain air moves in. The main living area has an open concept design with 19 foot ceilings and a fireplace (seasonal) Guest access The guest access is limited to the second floor only.
