We offer a homestay, we have one or two rooms for rent in our large house which is located 400 m from the entrance to the circuit In the bedroom you will find a queen size bed. 160/200. Each room has a TV with a Netflix account, Prime Video, and Disney Plus and Canal The space During your stay with us, you will have access to our kitchen if you need it, including the refrigerator The shared bathroom has a very large walk-in shower, a double sink cabinet. Towels will be provided as well as shower gel and shampoo. Outside you will find a beautiful terrace with barbecue available, a heated swimming pool (6.5*3.5 and 1.2 m) with towels provided, deckchair, garden furniture and a petanque court, all on a 1200 m² plot with palm trees and olive trees. In the morning we will be happy to prepare breakfast with fresh bread, croissants, chocolate brioche bread, tea, coffee, orange juice, milk, fruit... and more. You can let us know your preferences. Guest access Close to the entrance of the circuit, ideal for parking easily in our courtyard and for walking to the circuit to enjoy the Show😊. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, gas station within a 5-minute drive. Bus stop 100 m from the house. Tram 1 km away. We are 12 minutes from the main square of the city center and 15 minutes from the cathedral of Le Mans, where you can visit the old Mans district which is very pretty with its cobblestones and stone house. Possibility to get there by bus or tram. Other things to note Our house was renovated in 2018, the bedrooms are separated from the living room area for more calm. We rent out Rooms 1 and 3, keeping Room 2 for our personal use Bedroom 1 has a bed (160 x 200), a TV and a desk area Bedroom 2 has a bed (140*190) and a TV Bedroom 3 has a king size bed (200 x 200) and a TV The accommodation gives access to Canal +, Netflix, Disney + The pool is 6.5 x 3.5 and 1.3 m deep. The pool is heated by a heat pump to 30 degrees We also have a barbecue, outdoor deckchair, garden furniture, petanque court on the 1200 m2 plot There is no cleaning fee, but we ask that you clean at the end of your stay Looking forward to welcoming you.
