The dining area table sits six plus there is a breakfast bar as well for 3 more. The kitchen is fully stocked for in-home cooking for the gourmet cook or an easy cup of coffee in the morning. There is a large refrigerator with ice maker, self cleaning oven with cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, a granite counter top, Keurig coffee pot, toaster oven, lots of pots and pans, dishes and glasses plus beautiful cabinets. Simply walk across the private dune boardwalk and the sand, surf, sun and shells await you on this quiet and private beach. All the linens, towels, paper supplies, soaps you need, games, toys, internet and much more are there for you. A large, relatively new washer dryer are off the interior hallway as well. We have all the beach equipment you would want including beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels cooler, kids toys, a wagon to use to take supplies to the beach and more. The outdoor shower washes you off before entering your special holiday getaway. You have 2 parking spaces in the summer and more in the winter when all 7 condos are usually not full. The cute village of Vilano Beach is about 2 minutes away. You will find Publix grocery store, restaurants, a liquor store, a nail salon, a surf shop, a pier for fishing with a bait shop plus more. The view overlooking historic St Augustine is spectacular from the pier.. A gas station is about 1/4 a mile away from Seacrest as well. Yet, Seacrest is secluded in our own little world with so much around us. Over the intracoastal bridge is historic and charming St Augustine with about a 5 to 10 minute drive. There are so many wonderful attractions, historic Flagler College, numerous excellent restaurants, fishing boats, art galleries, ghost tours, horse carriage rides, water tours, trolley tours, winery, museums, tennis courts, fun children's playground. Within an easy drive are many, many golf courses including the famous TPC at Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra. Within driving distance there are Outlet Shopping Malls, the St Augustine Amphitheatre, the World Golf Hall of Fame Village, and the Tournament Players Club at Sawgrass (TPC at Sawgrass) in Ponte Vedra. Easy day trips can be made to many Florida attractions: Daytona Beach and Marineland, (about 1 hour), Disney World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions, (about 2 hours), Kennedy Space Center (about 2 ½ hours), plus many state parks and natural springs to be explored.
