The Punta Leona Club charges $10 per bracelet per person per night for the use of the facilities: swimming pools, bars, restaurants and access to Playa Blanca in the club's transportation. Children under 11 do not pay for the bracelets. The space Punta Leona, VILLA JAZMIN, PRIVATE HOME, minimum 2 nights. you will find yourself surrounded by tropical Costa Rica rain forest. Take a walk along our pristine white sand beaches, while looking out into the deep blue waters of the Pacific. You will be swept away by the natural beauty found in a private rain forest, amidst which our Villa is located. New year eve 4 nights minimum Guest access PUNTA LEONA-VILLA JAZMIN Minimum 2 nights. The guests will have for themselves access to most of the house: 3 or 4 bedrooms, 4 or 5 baths, full kitchen, living room dining area, terraces, nice backyard,POOL, BBQ ranch. These areas will be locked & unoccupied: garage, the office, the 2 extra bedrooms upstairs, the storage and the laundry room. Access to the laundry room is negotiable. Club Punta Leona charge $10 per bracelet per person per day . This is optional, no obligatory New year 4 nights minimum Other things to note The guests will need an entrance access code to enter in the Punta Leona resort. Host will need all names including minors, car plates and the age of all minors without exceptions to process the access permit to the Resort before the arrival
