Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. A ₱5,000 penalty will be charged if evidence of smoking inside the unit is found, including but not limited to: - Strong cigarette odor inside the room - Cigarette butts or ashes found indoors - Burn marks on furniture, linens, or fixtures - Other proof of indoor smoking 🎉 No Parties or Events Parties, gatherings, and excessive noise are not permitted inside the unit. 🔇 Quiet Hours Please keep noise to a minimum from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and be respectful of neighbors at all times. 👥 Visiting Hours Visitors are allowed only until 10:00 PM. Guests will be charged for: -Damage to furniture, appliances, walls, fixtures, or decorations -Excessive dirt, stains, or marks requiring special cleaning -Missing items belonging to the unit -Repair, replacement, or deep-cleaning costs resulting from misuse or negligence Additional cleaning, repair, or replacement costs will be billed to the guest if the unit is found dirty or damaged beyond normal use.
