The space The house comprises 5 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms on the main floor with amazing views, all equipped with fans, air conditioning, closets, and private bathrooms. 2 bedrooms on the lower floor—one with a king-size bed, the other with twin beds—are connected via a shared bathroom. They also offer all the comfort: fans, air conditioning, and storage. On the main floor, a large, bright living room and a welcoming dining room create a spacious and elegant living space, fully opening onto the large terrace and pool. A fully equipped open kitchen with a central island allows you to enjoy cozy gourmet meals and/or use the services of a private chef (at an additional cost) who will prepare delicious meals for you. This level also includes a cozy TV lounge and an intimate library, ideal for relaxing moments. Outside, an infinity pool offers breathtaking panoramic sea views, perfect for enjoying sunsets, and large terrasse with lounge area for taste delicious cocktails, lulled by the sea breeze.
