Guest access All parts... laundry, front back yard etc Other things to note I have had my dog in the house and i do allow pets at times so please be aware of that if you are allergic to dogs etc. Our pet fee is $60 per pet per night and $20 is refundable. Max 3 pets. If you pay the Airbnb pet fee we will credit that to the total and refund accordingly. And remember you have to pre-approve. Failure to do so is cause for immediate eviction without refund. So please we just ask you to let us know before hand. Thank you! Please note ** My car is currently in the driveway with a cover on it leaving room for 3 more cars. We run on API software and therefore are responsible for our own liability on our home. We require a 1500 dollar deposit fully refundable or a 59 dollar non refundable payment for insurance that will cover the home up to 1500. This is collected immediately after making your reservation. Check out is strictly at 11 am as our cleaners arrive at that time. We can allow you to leave your packed luggage at the front door until 3pm if you need the storage. However, any guests checking out later than 11am will incur a $85 late check out fee. Please help us keep on schedule so that each cleaning can be done on time for the next check in. Thank you! Alternatively, if you would like to stay until 1pm, and request 24 hours in advance, we can allow the late check out for $65.
