We require a 1500 dollar deposit fully refundable or a 59 dollar non refundable payment for insurance that will cover the home up to 1500. This is collected after check out. Check out is strictly at 11 am as our cleaners arrive at that time. We can allow you to leave your packed luggage at the front door until 3pm if you need the storage. However, any guests checking out later than 11am will incur a $85 late check out fee. Please help us keep on schedule so that each cleaning can be done on time for the next check in. Thank you!
