What to Bring: Firewood Charcoal Coffee for drip coffee maker Coffee condiments *We provide a starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc. These are meant to last a day or two. If you're booking a longer stay, you will want to bring more of these items. **Note: The Flat is the ground floor level of the house ONLY. There is a completely separate apartment above that takes up the entire 2nd floor. The Flat has its own entrance and parking. Privacy is well preserved inside the dwelling. It is truly a great value for this beautiful and modern space! ***This property does not allow pets Guest access Guests have full/private access to the Flat, which is the entire ground floor level. Guest also have access to the firepit area exclusively - this is not a shared area. Other things to note Please note. 1. The home is on a property with our long term rental buildings, and has a well managed trailer park and the First Baptist Church of Bryson City as neighbors. 2. The house has a full kitchen and almost everything you would need to prepare any meal. However, the kitchen is not stocked with condiments or supplies with the exception of a few spices and salt and pepper. 3. No pets are allowed in this dwelling.
