At Apartamentos Spa Cueto, we deal directly with our guests and help them in every way possible, organizing their visits if needed and explaining what to visit, what routes to take, and where to eat the typical local cuisine, so they can enjoy our region and our accommodations. The space The Spa Cueto Apartments have an elevator that goes to every floor and free WiFi. There is no food service, no parking, no air conditioning, no pets allowed, and spa services are not included in the accommodation prices. Guest access We have a reception where we can inform our guests about routes to take, towns and beaches to visit, restaurants, etc. Spa services are not included in the rate, but guests staying with us will have a special price for treatments, massages and the spa circuit. During your stay We have a front desk on the building's ground floor, where we are usually available from 10 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 9 pm approximately. There we give the keys to our guests, explain what to see and do in this area of Asturias, and help them out in case they need anything. We live very close to the building, so if we are not at the front desk at any time, guests can notify us by cell phone and we will be there in a moment. In case of very late arrival, we have a mailbox where we will leave the keys, after sending all the necessary explanations. If you are going to check out before we are at the front desk, there is also the possibility of depositing the keys in another mailbox. Other things to note Spa services are not included in the accommodation rates. Guests staying at the hotel will receive a special price for beauty and physiotherapy services (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) and for the spa circuit (closed on Sundays during the low season).
