We have furnished apartments and homes in Atlanta's best neighborhoods. Leases are prioritized for longer term bookings, but will open up the calendar to shorter stays approximately a week out if the requested dates are still available. If you are more than one week from your desired check in and are inquiring on a shorter term stay, please check back with us and we'll do our best to accommodate you at that time. A short term rental agreement will be sent over after the booking is confirmed. You will be required to provide a copy of your valid drivers license. Rates and availability are subject to change prior to booking with a credit card. Please not that should a maintenance or other unforeseen issue arise, Sojourn will make every attempt to place guest in a comparable property, but cannot guarantee availability or rates. A non-refundable pet fee ranging from $150-$350 depending on the type/breed. Not all properties accept pets. Written approval of pets is required in advance of booking.
