We have : - replaced the sea-rod flooring with floating parquet with matching baseboards and door sills. - replaced the window handle that had play - replaced the living room radiator with a radiant - replaced the bathroom radiator with a towel heater - put the TV at height to prevent children from writing on it (it was cleaned and the image is quality) - put at your disposal a soap dispenser in the bathroom - provide you with a new broom and dusting broom for parquet flooring.
