If you are coming to stay in a comfortable and well-located place, this is the right place for you and your family/friends. The apartment has two bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a small, comfortable bathroom with a bathtub (without a door) and also has an air conditioner available. The other smaller bedroom has a wardrobe without a door with plenty of space. The living room has a smart TV and the bedroom has open channels. BRASILIA 220W OUTLETS MODERATE POLICY The space It is a well-equipped apartment in the center of the capital of Brazil - Brasília. A few minutes by car to get to the stadium and the Esplanade of Ministries. Easy access to public transportation, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, pharmacies, markets, banks. We offer two bedrooms with a double bed, and the living room sofa is retractable and can function as a sofa bed. We also offer a double mattress. Our sheets are polyester, the blankets are microfiber, and the towels are thin. We also offer bedspreads. Note: some aesthetic details need improvement in relation to the exposed wires and the lack of doors in the wardrobes. We are making improvements as far as possible. Guest access We provide: Smart TV, retractable sofa, Wi-Fi, electric stove, cold water filter, coffee maker, oven, microwave, blender, popcorn maker, laundry area with washing machine and clothesline. If necessary, we provide an extra double mattress, but you need to let us know before check-in. Other things to note 2 double beds (one in each bedroom) and a sofa bed. We offer an extra double mattress if requested! One bedroom is large, the other is small with a window facing the service area. We do not work with visitation. Our cancellation policy is Moderate. Make sure you read the description and look at the photos before booking. -The first kitchen drawer won't open; - one of the rooms is smaller, window to the service area. - Be careful with the wooden shelves as they are not attached to the floor. (If you have animals and/or children, let us know if you prefer that we remove the breakable ornaments); -There's no doorman, just a janitor. - The garbage must be left at the door at 1:30 p.m. for the janitor to collect (except on weekends). Or throw it in the dumpster outside the building, leaving the entrance on the right, go to the end of the building and cross the road, there is a dry trash can and an organic trash can; -Close the windows before leaving the apartment.
