The space We live in a wonderful house between Glória and Santa Teresa. It has an apartment totally independent, where we like to receive new people. The apartment has two settings and on top of that, it has a small kitchen and a bathroom. It fits five people comfortably: we have a couple's bed and a single bed in one room and two single beds in the second room. However, it fits up to seven peoplewhen using two trundle beds we have. There's a microwave oven, a toaster, a small fridge, a mini electric oven to use at will. Even having a lot of beds, we don't rent them separately. We rather host a group of friends or family, or not using all beds at all. As it is an independent apartment and has many facilities, we don't serve breakfast. On the other hand we have a sauna and a pool for guests to use at will and a wonderful garden with fruitful trees and a view to the Guanabara Bay. Whomever lodges here, has the right to a parking spot and two bicycles. It's a perfect location! The street is a little active, but quiet and very safe, even though being close to the favela. It's thirteen minutes away of the Gloria's subway station, on foot. Also close to Flamengo and Lapa, the bohemian Rio de Janeiro neighborhood. Not too far is the heart of Santa Teresa, with their cheerful bars. We live in a not very steep hill, but for the lazy or people in a rush, there is a van service and a motorcycle taxi service, That is in functioning in the corner of our street, in front of the subway station. Close to this same corner we have supermarkets, drugstores, bank agencys, diners, grocery stores, taxi services and bus stops. Everything is very easy!
