The house is surrounded by beautiful woods in a relaxing environment. This farm home boast a full kitchen for all your dining needs. Sleeps 6. There is 2 , twin beds and full size bed located in the loft bedroom and a queen bed located in the master bedroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Sofa sleeper in living room pulls out to a queen size bed. Guests have access to our home, five acre private park with fire pit, pond and meditation area! Also, If you would like to spend time with our llamas, we would love to make that part of your experience. We are available to our guests on-site or by cell phone. If there is a need of any kind of question , at any hour of the day or night, please don’t hesitate to let us know . Please feel free to ask about local attractions and festivals...we love to share our knowledge. Our neighborhood is centrally located between Bridgman and Sawyer. We are about 1/2 mile from Warren Dunes State Park. We are located 10 minutes from Downtown Three Oaks, 20 minutes to the North of New Buffalo and 20 minutes to the south of St. Joseph. Our area is new to the Uber/Lyft system. So we are unsure how that will be servicing the sawyer area. (We have a cab company who we (recommend) will pick you up , as the biz card is on the fridge) Amtrak goes to new buffalo and south shore train goes to Michigan city We do have a TV and DVD player, but no Cable, so if you must have Cable to fall asleep, you'll have to make due with the internet ! (WiFi comes and goes! ) it’s the country. This Farm House is on a working Llama Farm. All units are cleaned after every guest and the bedding is changed. There could be some dust or even some cob webs, as I do my best to dust and spray for anything. I live in all of the units and I have family members come a lot, so I want to keep it bug free and clean free. Once again, its a WORKING Llama farm, and sometimes you'll have these unexpected things. If a bug or spider web freaks you out, maybe this is not your adventure.
