Close to Universidad Salesiana, Catolica, Politecnica, Coliseo Rumiñahui, Estadio Atahualpa, Swissotel, Radisson, bars, restaurants, old town, lots of offices, public transportation, yet on a very quiet and lovely residential area... you can't go wrong with us! Breakfast included, wifi, 24 hours reception, luggage store, tourist information, transportation, COMUNAL kitchen, parking on site, and much more... The space We have 12 rooms to share with our guests, from rooms with 1 matrimonial bed to 1 matrimonial+2 twin beds, all of our rooms with private bathroom (toilet and shower). Abundant hot water 24 hours! We recently renovated this antique house to make it comfortable in every possible way! We have common areas, as well as a smoking area. We have WiFi, cable TV, a guest kitchen, mini bar, laundry service (US$ 1,50 per kilo wash and dry), an outdoors patio with nice tables, and although we do not have any grass, we have many plants all around the house!
