Itacaré - Sao José *House 16*

The vacation home "Casa 16" is located in the well-protected area "Condominio Villas Sao Jose," only 8 - 15 minutes' walk from the two beautiful beaches of Sao José and Prainha, surrounded by coconut palms and the Mata Atlantica. In the nearby cozy town of Itacaré, famous for its beaches with ideal surfing conditions and ecotourism, you will find various shops for everyday needs, souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, surf schools... The space Preferred due to the slight hillside location (50 m above sea level), you have a beautiful view of the sea, the bay of Sao José (8 minutes' walk) and the rainforest from every point of the modern and comfortably furnished house. The center of the house consists of a 60 sqm living and dining area facing the sea with a fully equipped kitchenette and a large terrace with a pool. There is a covered outdoor seating area, a pizza oven, a gas grill and a churrasqueira as well as several loungers. The sleeping area consists of two bright double bedrooms and a triple bedroom, each with sea views, private bathroom (one with bathtub), balcony or terrace with hammock or sun lounger. The rooms have air conditioning and a ceiling fan. In addition, the beds are protected by mosquito nets. In the lovingly maintained garden grow coconut palms, bananas, limes, passion fruit, graviola, mango, acerola.....The ripe fruits are harvested depending on the season and can be tasted by the guests for breakfast. The price includes daily cleaning (linens and towels are changed twice weekly). For an extra charge, our excellent Bahian cook offers homemade cakes, tapioca crepes with various fillings, fried bananas for breakfast as well as various Bahian and Brazilian delicacies for lunch. Guest access The entire house and the 900 sqm garden with its own parking space are at the sole disposal of my guests. The washing machine, dryer and iron in the utility room can only be used by the housekeeper. Other things to note In order to protect the environment, I ask my guests to use water and energy carefully. For example: - Do not set the air conditioning too cold and only with the doors closed doors - Water is also precious in Brazil! Use it as sparingly as possible with it!
