The space The Mare Azzurro Residence is a complex of 9 apartments located in Torre San Giovanni - Marina di Ugento, one of the places on the Ionian coast of Salento with the greatest tourist attraction. The apartments are located on the Gallipoli – Leuca coast road in the direction of Gallipoli in front of the rocky coast, just 150 meters from the sandy beach of the Island of Pazze and 5 minutes by car from the sandy beaches of Torre San Giovanni, about 8 km long. The part of the coast overlooked by the apartments is livable by nature and thanks also to the wooden platforms installed by the Municipality of Ugento to offer greater ease of access to the sea to bathers. The stretch of sea offers unique views for anyone who simply wants to take a swim or snorkel and appreciate marine flora and fauna. It is the ideal place for those who love to experience the wonderful sea and the wild coast with tranquility away from the buzz of the bathing beaches. Various species of fish, octopuses, moray eels, sea urchins and molluscs in general can be spotted as well as the wonderful turtles. The sandy beaches of Torre San Giovanni, on the other hand, branch off to Lido Marini and offer various services and attractions, such as bathing establishments, beaches, restaurants, bars, boat trips and diving. The beach is suitable for families with children, thanks to the shallow and safe seabed but also for those looking for fun and nightlife. Apartment no. 1 of the Mare Azzurro Residence has a size of about 60 square meters: it consists of a large and comfortable entrance / living room where there is a single sofa bed, kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a 140 cm wide shower tray and a warm built-in bathroom useful for those who decide to spend their holidays even in winter and two bedrooms, complete with air conditioners, which can accommodate 4 people. It is also equipped with internet with WI-FI, bicycles, barbecue, washing machine, living room and garden table. The very large exterior overlooks the sea and is equipped with an outdoor shower, barbecue, rocking chair and parking. Guest access The entrance to each apartment is independent with its own outdoor area Check in is guaranteed in presence until 3 pm. Afterwards it will be possible to access the apartment by taking the keys contained in the keybox located next to the entrance door. When you arrive, I will tell you the code to open the key box. Other things to note The Mare Azzurro Residence is located in Mareverde characterized by the sea of unique colors. The area lends itself to relaxation and fun located as it is, facing the sea. A few hundred meters away you will find the supermarket, the tobacconist, the pizzeria / restaurant and the bar. The rocky coast represents a unique beauty that offers a world of colors. A few steps from the apartment there is the Salentoinbus bus stop that allow you to get to Gallipoli and Lecce and vice versa as well as allowing guests to visit the main tourist destinations of Salento. You can also use the bikes made available to you free of charge. Arriving by car you will have to arrive in Lecce and continue from the West Ring Road towards Leuca along the state road and 101, pass Gallipoli and get off at the Felline junction and then arrive in Torre San Giovanni. It is possible to reach the Mare Azzurro Residence thanks to the Salentoinbus bus lines whose stops are a few meters away from the apartment and allow you to get to Gallipoli and Lecce and vice versa. For guests who want to reach Salento by train or plane, they can take advantage of the car and motorbike rental service. They will also be able to use one of my shuttles to reach the villas and leave for Lecce station or Brindisi airport. My guests will have the opportunity to choose how to live their holiday.
