A refuge with personality and exuding nature. With this purpose, we designed what would be our Chalet in Barra do Sahy. The need arose from a dilemma experienced by many who work frantically in São Paulo, where homes are mere dormitories, travel a lot and eat their meals outside the home. We thought of a place with our own personality, to receive friends, cook, play sports or relax, without the noise and pollution of SP, with easy access to the sea, renewing our energies. The space About the House A refuge with personality and that exudes nature. With this purpose, we designed what would be our Chalet in Barra do Sahy. The need arose from a dilemma experienced by many who work frantically in São Paulo and who make their homes mere dormitories, as they travel a lot, work daily and eat their meals outside the home. We thought of a place that had our face, where we could receive our friends, making cooking the stage of our meetings, playing sports or simply relaxing, without the noise and pollution of the capital, with easy access to the sea, renewing our energies. That is, our true home. The house has rustic, practical and charming furniture, aligned with a Balinese-style decoration, which is represented by some pieces brought from that region, and which refer to surfing, meditation, and the simple things of everyday life, which deserve attention. The great highlight is the integration between the living areas, kitchen and balcony, as we value the proximity between people while cooking. For this reason, we have well-equipped our kitchen. The space Located in a condominium with a guardhouse, security and swimming pool for adults and children, as well as a multi-sport court, sauna and parking for 2 cars, the Chalet has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed, another with two single beds that can be put together, and the third with a bed and a platform, both for single people. The mattresses are new and very comfortable. There are pillows for everyone and blankets for colder days. But beware, WE DO NOT HAVE SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS, so remember to bring them. We have a portable clothesline for towels and swimwear. There is an en-suite in the upper bedroom and a social bathroom downstairs. Both with gas showers. The balcony has a good barbecue with a well-installed hood to prevent smoke from coming back. There is a brewery under a large counter where we usually prepare our meals. Arriving from the beach, a good shower is guaranteed in the garden. It's not big, but it's very comfortable. It is 600 meters from the beach, about 10/15 minutes walking, and less than 5 minutes by car. Check-in is super easy, and is done at the condominium entrance. The condominium offers a basic cleaning service once a day, including dishwashing, bathroom cleaning and bed making, when requested within the pre-established time (until 2 p.m.). It has everything you need to spend good days at the beach. Beach kit with cart, 3 beach chairs, and umbrella. The place Barra do Sahy is a charming place, where you can still see the preserved nature and Atlantic forest. The atmosphere is calm, frequented by families and many friends who have been making their refuges there for many years. There is a market, pharmacy, bakery, which you can easily reach on foot or by bicycle. This place, which we affectionately call “paradise,” is 2.5 hours from São Paulo - without traffic. We can accommodate up to 5 guests. Beyond this limit, the condominium does not authorize entry. Please do not insist. Infants up to 2 years old do not count.
