Restored, Artful Room at Eileen of Mystic

Built in the 1700s, Eileen of Mystic has taken many forms - a farm, a performance space, a captain's home. It has been a labor of love to restore - and make it a place, once again, for hospitality. The space includes a cozy living room with a fireplace, sunny dining room with a French provincial table, elegant bedroom, and contemporary bathroom with a Moroccan-style shower. Inspired by the rural Mediterranean coast, the rooms sparkle with unique detail and are complete with contemporary art. The space This rental includes one charming bedroom with good-sized windows and parlor-height ceiling; a Moroccan-inspired en-suite bathroom; access to a cozy living room with fireplace ambience; and access to the dining room complete with a French-provincial long table suitable for a feast. My husband is a painter and I work for an art gallery; so, an added bonus: our house is filled with contemporary art that we hope you will enjoy. :) Guest access Close to I-95, the house is easily accessible and has free on-site parking. During your stay While we like to give guests their space, my husband and I are both available by phone, and typically nearby to help if needed. Other things to note While we love children, our home is not set up to accommodate them, both in its layout and decoration. We appreciate your understanding.
